Are you unsure of whether you’re ready to bring your youngest family members to the pediatric dental office for the first time? We’d absolutely love to meet them! Before you schedule your appointment at Simply Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we encourage you to read through the information listed below as a way to answer basic questions. Your First Visit
When you first walk in, you’ll be greeted by one of our Patient Coordinators and offered coffee or water. You and your child will be given a quick tour of our modern dental office, then escorted to the back where a team member will capture X-rays and photos of your child’s mouth. Afterwards, you’ll get to meet with the dentist who will then consult the images and examine your child’s teeth, gums and bite. During this period, you can go over their findings, discuss potential treatments moving forward, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions.
New Patient Forms
We know that your child will have plenty of fun playing games and watching movies in our reception area, but we understand that you’ll want to start the appointment quickly. As a way to help you save time, you can now download patient forms and fill them out ahead of your appointment! Start by clicking the link below and fill them out on your own time. Once it’s time for your child’s appointment, just bring the forms with you and we’ll get them to our dentist right away. If you have issues accessing the forms, please don’t wait to let us know!

We explain your benefits in great detail so that you’re never wondering what’s covered and what isn’t.
